The What If Sequel

The sequel to Hatchet, Brian's Winter, is basically the same story except Brian never gets rescued. He would have to stay for the winter, the biggest challenge that awaits him. Yes, not big Grizzly Bears or another world war. This survival story was probably made from research on the climate, geography, vegetation, and the fauna of the region (southern Nunavut). This sequel is basically a What If type of book. It can be compared with a book like The Philosophers, which tells about important times in history and groups philosophers argue about the historical outcome or the impact on the future. So, the book was probably made by minor experimentation and exact research.

Destination Survival

Well after some further research our team and I have decided that this research and survival will be held in Southern Nunavut, Canada. Well wish us luck, after our research is complete we will begin the journey.

Starting

To start this journey our team needs to research this frontier so we will have the best chances of surviving and learning the accuracy of the documentary, Hatchet. The research done by the team will be in the form of a podcast and eventually available to upload on iTunes.

The Adventure for the Truth

A team that consists of reporters, geographers, wildlife specialists, pilot, and survival specialist, that are recruited by the WTA (World Travel Association) will set out on a exploration through the Canadian wilderness to test the accuracy of Brian Robesom's survival story in the book Hatchet.
